Below are some of the ACEOs I’ve created. I typically apply a base coat of acrylic paint, transfer a design in pencil, and then work with acrylic markers on top. Occasionally some colored pencil or Micron pen sneak their way in.

I make too many to keep a running inventory here, but here’s how you can get your hands on some tiny original art:

  • BUY: via eBay or TinyGallery.

  • FIND: In Geocaches, trinket swaps, or other hiding spots, (primarily) in the Portland area, which I post about on social media.

  • TRADE: click here for the details.

Artist Trading Cards (ATCs), or Art Card Editions and Originals (ACEOs) are 2.5”x3.5” (64x89mm) original, 2D art works. As the name suggests, they are the same size as baseball, Pokemon, Magic the Gathering, etc. cards. Many are drawings and paintings, but they can be made in any medium.

Trade? Trade! Here’s the deal:

  • We’ll agree on a quantity to trade, one for one. The card/s sent from me will be surprises.

  • YOUR card/s should follow the correct format: 2.5”x3.5” and flat — it should fit in a card sleeve or album.

  • You need to be able to send and receive mail! (BTW, shipping doesn’t need to be fancy - a few cards can be tucked in a greeting card and mailed like a letter!)

That’s it! Open to ALL artists, young/old/”incapable of stick figure”, etc.

Send me an email if you’d like to set something up! I’m open to trading with classes and other groups, too.
